How to Bulk Delete Shopify Products by SKU from a CSV
To bulk delete Shopify products by SKU, upload a CSV of SKUs to Csvio, choose Bulk delete, match on SKU and confirm. Here a supplier's discontinued list removes two products and one variant, and skips a SKU the store doesn't have.

Before: the products and variants in Shopify
In this video, a supplier's list of discontinued items removes those products from your store, and leaves the rest alone. Here are Willowmere Kitchen's four products in Shopify. The teapot comes in two sizes. On its page, each size is a variant with its own SKU: point six litres, and one point two litres.
The supplier's discontinued list
Here's the supplier's discontinued list. The SKUs are under item code, next to notes you don't need. It names the mug, the knife, and only the large teapot. And the last row, a spoon set, isn't in your store at all.
Upload the file and choose Bulk delete
Drop the file in. Pick Bulk delete. It's marked destructive, because a delete can't be undone.
Match each row to a product by SKU
There's no column mapping here. A match rule says how each row finds your product. Match on the SKU, and Csvio spots the column that holds it. Use the item code. Each item code is now matched against the SKUs in your store. Deletion is permanent, so check the list before you go on. The four rows are looked up in your store when you delete.
Delete from Shopify and confirm
Delete from Shopify, and confirm. Rows that match nothing are skipped.
The report and a skipped row
Three deleted: the mug, the knife, and the large teapot. The spoon set was skipped, and the reason says why: its SKU isn't in your store.
After: what's left in Shopify
Back in Shopify, every other product is still there. Of Willowmere's, the board and the teapot remain. And on the teapot's page, only the small size is left. A SKU deletes only its own variant; a product goes whole when all its variants are listed. Try Csvio free, on your own supplier's file. The link's in the description.
