What we collect
- Merchant and account information such as your shop name, shop domain, contact details, and billing-related information provided through Shopify or directly by you.
- Content you submit such as catalog files, import settings, support messages, and other information you choose to upload or send through the service.
- Store data needed to provide the app such as product, inventory, and location information that you authorize Csvio to access through Shopify.
- Usage and technical information such as log data, device and browser information, and activity needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not use merchant data for advertising or sell personal information to third parties.
How we use it
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and support Csvio, including processing imports, generating outputs, syncing data with Shopify, communicating with you, processing billing, troubleshooting issues, and complying with legal obligations.
